To participate, people must be five or more pounds overweight; they do not accept pregnant women. Program options include class instruction and/or digital workshops and coaching, a personal food plan, nutrition education, optional exercise plans and group support. Groups meet during both day and evening hours in a variety of areas. The agency also provides a program at work sites called "At Work" and "At Home" service for clients who wish to lose weight on their own.
