Case/Care Management (Immigrants, Hispanic/Latino Community)

The agency provides case management for homeless youth age 18 to 25 who live in Los Angeles County. Services include crisis counseling, employment preparation and referrals, internet/computer access, referrals to other social service agencies, life-skills training, health and nutrition education and transportation. A case management plan is required for all services. There are no geographic restrictions.
