The hospital provides mental health services for adults, age 18 and older, and adolescents, ages 12 through 18 in the San Pedro peninsula area. Services include inpatient treatment which consists of a mental health evaluation; individual, family and group counseling; outpatient counseling services for adolescents, and mental health related support groups. Support services include crisis intervention, individual assistance for patients and their families and case management. There are no geographic restrictions.
The "Bridges" program provides mental health evaluation and treatment for adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety or other psychiatric difficulties. The adolescent outpatient program provides individual counseling, and family counseling.
Mental health related support groups include the Health Options for Violence and Anger (HOVA) a group that addresses issues of abuse.
