Drug/Alcohol Testing

The agency provides substance use disorder services primarily to residents of Central and East Los Angeles. Services include drug testing for employers, outpatient methadone detoxification and methadone maintenance. There are no geographic restrictions.
The outpatient methadone detoxification service is a 21-day program that includes individual counseling. The methadone maintenance is given in stabilizing doses for up to two years.
People who need drug testing for employment purposes must present consent from the employer to apply. The program also accepts court-referred individuals. Drug testing results are available in 4 days.

Fees for the 21 day outpatient detoxification program is $200; fees for the methadone maintenance are on a sliding scale, starting at $215 per month. Drug screening is $30 per test. Suboxone treatment is $100 monthly. Medi-Cal and Medicare and private insurance are accepted.
