Childhood Immunization

The clinic provides community based health services for people of all ages, including those without health insurance, in the Burbank area. Services include contract clinics, childhood immunizations, family planning, general medical care, pediatrics, prenatal care, and STD testing and treatment. Transportation and home visits may be available. Income restrictions apply for some services; services are restricted to residents of Burbank, North Hollywood and Van Nuys.

Comprehensive family planning services are provided through California's Family PACT program, for eligible low-income men and women who are under 200% of the federal poverty level. Services are confidential and include education, family planning and pregnancy testing. Emergency contraception, traditional contraception and male and female sterilizations are available.

The clinic is a My Health LA Community Partner Clinic and provides application and enrollment in the My Health LA plan. My Health LA covers low income individuals (age 6 to adults) in Los Angeles County that do not have health insurance and cannot qualify for Medi-Cal. Staff are able to assist with alternative health plan enrollment, including Medi-Cal and Medicare.
