The agency provides eye care services for adults, adolescents and children age 2 and older who live in the San Gabriel Valley. Services include glasses/contact lenses. Geographic restrictions apply.
The program starts at 2 pair of eyeglasses for $95 and the eye exam is included. The eyeglasses for the program are single vision, uncoated plastic lenses.
