The Peer Resource Center (PRC) provides case management services for at-risk transition age youth ages 16 to 24 who may be current or former foster youth, in the Pasadena area. Services include case/care management, general counseling services, group counseling, job skills workshops, and specialized information and referral services. There are no geographic restrictions.
The PRC has an open door policy for all youth age 16 to 24. They are a one stop for well-being, job and educational planning, and life skills development.
Additional services include referrals and linkage to resources, and counseling services.
The PRC also provides access to a computer lab and the internet, food, cooking classes, hygiene products, and school supplies.
