Chest X-Rays

The program provides health services primarily for residents of South Central and Southeast Los Angeles County, including people who are undocumented, based on level of income. Services include breast examinations, chest x-rays, family planning, flu vaccines, general physical examinations, pap tests and prescription medication services. There are no geographic restrictions.

General Family Practice services which include: EKG's, family planning, immunizations, laboratory tests, mammograms, pap smears, physical exams, prescriptions and x-ray's and other diagnostic studies. The program emphasizes education and preventive measures regarding diseases.

Contract clinic services include outpatient health services for low-income Los Angeles County residents of all ages, including General Relief recipients. It provides primary general medical care. Applicant's household income must be at or below 134% of federal poverty guidelines, or who are GR recipients.
