The City of Pasadena provides planning and recovery and accessory dwelling unit (ADU) consultations for residents affected by the LA wildfires.
Consultations include a 30-minute virtual meeting with the Planner of the Day to receive zoning information on tree removals and repairing or rebuilding damaged fences and structures.
Additional services include assistance with necessary property repairs and information for owners interested in constructing an ADU.
Appointments are available Monday through Thursday from 9:00am to 12:00pm and 1:30pm to 5:00pm, excluding holidays.
