The organization provides health services through its community health center, The Achievable Health Center, which serves developmentally disableld children from birth to 18, and developmentally disabled adults. There are no geographic restrictions.

The community health center provides comprehensive primary care and provides a client-centered medical home for families. Available services include annual exams, immunizations, family medicine, pediatrics and well child care, preventive screenings, and family planning.

Application assistance for Medi-Cal, Covered CA and My Health LA is also available.

Call to make an appointment; insurance coverage will be verified before the appointment date. Most patients are referred by Westside Regional Center.

Fees

Fees vary; private insurance, Medi-Cal and Medicare are accepted. Uninsured patients are screened for eligibility to My Health LA and/or a sliding scale plan.
