The program provides adult day health care services for adults 18 years and older with disabilities and for older adults in the Pomona Valley area. Services include adult day health care programs. There are no geographic restrictions.
The program is an all inclusive adult day health care program. Secondary services include occupational therapy, physical therapy as well as nutritional counseling, hot meals, psychological counseling, recreational activities and social activities. Transportation and home visits may be provided to people who are within a 30 mile radius of the center.
