The agency provides immigration services primarily for Central American refugees who seek release from detention, deportation defense, have well-founded fears of persecution due to affiliations with government-targeted groups and who seek political asylum in Los Angeles County. Services include asylum application adjudication, cultural transition facilitation, immigrant rights groups, immigrant visa application filing assistance and rights counseling for undocumented people. There are no geographic restrictions.

Immigration issues may include Adjustment of Status, Affidavits of Support, Appeals for INA, Advance Parole, Cancellation of Removal, Change of Address or Venue, Citizenship, Consultations, Evidence Request Responses, Family Petitions, Fiance Visas, Inquiries, FOIA Requests, Motions to Reopen, NACARA, Resident Card Renewals, TPS Registration and Re-registration, "U" visas, VAWA, Waivers, DACA, Asylum for Minors, Special Juvenile Immigrant Visas, DAPA and Work Permit Renewals.

The agency also offers a weekly legal consultation with an attorney.
