Adult Day Health Programs

The program provides adult day health care services for adults age 18 and older with disabilities and for older adults in Los Angeles County. Services include adult day health care. There are no geographic restrictions.
The program is an all inclusive adult day health care program. Secondary services include physical, occupational and speech therapy as well as nutritional counseling, hot meals, nursing services, mental health services, recreational activities and social activities. Transportation and home visits may be provided to people who are in the service area and part of the program.
