The agency provides health services to low-income L A County residents, including people who are undocumented. Services include AIDS/HIV clinics, AIDS/HIV prevention counseling, comprehensive outpatient substance use disorder treatment, contract clinics, general medical care, HIV testing and prescription drugs for specific health conditions. There are no geographic restrictions.
HIV prevention services include PrEP, Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis, a prescription drug that is taken every day for people who do not have HIV, but are at a higher risk of contracting it.

Call for an appointment.
Fees
Services are either free or on a sliding scale. Medi-Cal, Medicare and other insurance accepted. No one is turned away due to inability to pay.
