The agency provides animal services for homeless people and disaster victims in LA County. Services include veterinary referral services and pet food. There are no geographic restrictions.
Case managers assess the emergency medical needs for pets of eligible homeless people or people who are displaced due to a local disaster. If approved, the case manager will coordinate an exam appointment at a local pet hospital or clinic.
The agency also provides an online tool to help locate pet food providers, shelters that accept pets, and other local resources.

There are no fees for services.
