The agency provides services for older adults, age 60 and older, who live in Baldwin Park. Services include blood pressure screening, congregate meals/nutrition sites, general physical examinations, legal counseling, recreational activities/sports, social clubs/events, specialized information and referral, tax information, travel, vision screening, and welfare rights assistance. Services are restricted to Baldwin Park residents. Geographic restrictions apply for some services.

The congregate meal is provided by the YMCA San Gabriel Valley Intervale Senior Services (see separate entry for details).

Application Procedure
Call or walk in to apply for services. Appointments are required for counseling, tax assistance and assistance with SSI and other public benefits information. Call for information about the congregate meal, a reservation is required 24 hours in advance.
Fees
The fees for specific services vary. For the congregate meal there is a suggested donation of $2.00, however no one is turned away due to inability to pay.
