Dead Animal Pickup

The organization provides animal services for the communities of Altadena, Arcadia, Bradbury, Glendale, La Canada/Flintridge, La Crescenta, Monrovia, Pasadena, San Marino, Sierra Madre and South Pasadena. Services include adoption, animal control, dead animal pick up, dog obedience classes, euthanasia services, feral cat management services, licenses, lost and found, neuter/spay services, pet food, rabies vaccinations, animal rescue, shelters, and wildlife rescue/relocation.
The Feral Cat TNR program provides free spay/neuter, vaccinations and ear-tipping. The agency offers a limited amount of Trap-Neuter Return-Monitor appointments for free-roaming community cats who reside in one of the 11 service cities each month. Proof of residence are required to book an appointment. The cat's caretaker is responsible for trapping and returning the cat back to its outdoor home.
The rabies and other vaccinations and microchipping are provided at the Vaccine and Microchip Clinic. A limited volume of low-cost vaccine appointment are available to residents of Pasadena Humane's 11 service cities. Proof of residence is required to book an appointment. Appointments will open on the last Sunday of every month for the following month.
The public low cost spay/neuter program is by appointment only, visit the agency's web site to schedule an appointment.
The Helping Paws program provides assistance for dog and cat owners in need of food and supplies who live in the Pasadena Humane's service area. First-time individuals fill out an application online, current food bank members can call or email at helpingpaws@pasadenahumane.org. The Pet Food Bank services are by appointment only.
Also provided are children's programs and humane education programs.

Fees
Animal adoption fees apply. All animals adopted are sterilized before released. There is an impound fee for lost pets based on their city of residence and additional fees for those pets found without the proper licenses. Fees for the spay/neuter vary depending on the animal. There are fixed fees for the rabies vaccination. There are no fees for the feral cat program spay/neuter, vaccination and ear-tipping.
