Case/Care Management (At Risk Adults, Pregnant Women)
Provider: HELP GROUP, THE
Project SAFE (Support and Advocacy for Family Empowerment) is part of First 5 LA's Partnerships for Families child abuse prevention program. It provides services to DCFS referred families with children 0-5 years of age and high-risk pregnant females with any of the following risk factors: mental health, substance abuse and/or domestic violence. Services include in-home counseling, case management, concrete services for basic family needs, intensive services addressing mental health, domestic violence and substance abuse, access to child care and early education, and linkages to auxiliary community supports. Services are restricted to families within SPA 2.
