Residential Drug Use Disorder Treatment Facilities (Transgender Individuals)

The agency provides residential treatment for substance use disorders for adults, age 18 and older, who live in Los Angeles County. The agency provides a primary alcoholism recovery home, and services are targeted, but not restricted to gay men, lesbians, bisexuals and transgender individuals. Applicants must be ambulatory, have at least 24 hours of sobriety, be mentally competent, and motivated to work toward their own recovery in a structured, supportive, drug-free environment. They may be poly-drug users. There are no geographic restrictions.
This is a twelve-step oriented recovery house. It provides a 4 to 6 month residential program; community AA meetings, assistance with job seeking skills, peer support and rap sessions. Residents are encouraged to find employment and to begin working 60 days prior to leaving the program.

Intake hours are Monday through Sunday, 8:00am to 8:00pm. The program operates Monday through Sunday, 24 hours per day.
