Refugee Related Donations Management

The program provides volunteer opportunities to individuals living in Southern California. Services include refugee resettlement volunteer opportunities and refugee related donations management. There are no geographic restrictions.

Pomona Fairplex agreed to provide an emergency intake site (EIS) for unaccompanied children who have recently come to the United States.

Fairplex is partnering with the Pomona Community Foundation (PCF), a local independent foundation whose Board is made up of the leaders of various civic institutions in Pomona. Monetary donations can be made to the Pomona Community Foundation's Esperanza Fund at https://connect.calfund.org/pomona-community-foundation. The Esperanza Fund will help support the direct needs of the children, such as reunification packages for children.
