Disability Related Transportation

The agency provides transportation services for seniors age 60 and up and disabled individuals of any age in the city of La Habra. Services include disability related transportation and senior ride programs. Services are restricted to the city of La Habra Heights.
Community dial-a-ride services are available to residents who are 60 years of age or older, or who are physically or mentally disabled.

Application Procedure
Individuals must register with the city; application forms can be obtained and submitted to City Hall. Call to arrange a ride.
Fees
There is a $1.00 charge for each one-way trip to La Habra Heights, and a $0.50 charge for each one-way trip to Whittier. One attendant may ride for free. Up to two companions may also accompany the rider at $2.00 per one-way trip.
