Crime Reporting (Human Rights Issues)

211 LA provides hate crimes reporting for people of all ages in Los Angeles County. Specialized services include the Human Rights Reporting Line for the County of Los Angeles. There are no geographic restrictions. 

The Human Rights Reporting Line assists victims, witnesses, advocates, and service providers with reporting incidents related to human rights issues. Individuals may also receive referrals to supportive services. 

Reports may include concerns related to hate acts, discrimination, harassment, human trafficking, labor exploitation, accessibility barriers, public safety, environmental impacts, workers’ rights violations, impacts to unsheltered populations, or other human rights issues. Reports can be submitted by phone, online, or email. Anonymous reporting is also available if applicable.
