The agency provides self help groups for people who live in Los Angeles County. Services include mutual support self-help groups for bereaved parents and families and public awareness/education. An online support group is also available. Groups provide support, understanding and friendship for families who are dealing with the feelings that are involved in the loss of a child. There are no geographic restrictions.

Each month, the agency provides outreach to bereaved families and professionals through newsletters, websites, emails, and special programs; including regional conferences, personal visits and chapter walks.
