Welfare Rights Assistance

The agency provides advocacy for Los Angeles County residents who are deaf or hard of hearing. Welfare rights assistance is provided to help people obtain benefits and services to which they are entitled, such as TANF, Medi-Cal and SSI. There are no geographic restrictions.
