The agency provides family support services for refugees and entrants throughout the City of Long Beach. Services include case/care management, citizenship education, English as a Second Language, family counseling and parenting skills classes. The project is a multilingual, multicultural social education program which provides outreach services to low-income people in the Southeast Asian communities of Long Beach; however, there are no ethnic or geographic restrictions.

Services include case management, citizenship education, English as a Second Language, family early intervention programs to prevent gang membership. Staff also conduct many cultural awareness activities to promote greater understanding among the various ethnic groups they serve.

The program provides family education/intervention program called "The Light of the Cambodian Family," designed to provide support for refugee families. The program conducts after-school classes for children and parenting classes for parents, and focuses on the positive aspects of culture, health and family bonding.

The parenting classes are 13 weeks and are approved by the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health and also court accepted.
