Adult Psychiatric Inpatient Units

The hospital provides inpatient mental health services for adults age 18 and over. Services include adult psychiatric inpatient unit care and disease specific treatment. Staff provide individual and group treatment for conditions including adjustment/personality disorder, bipolar disorders, major depressive disorder, and schizophrenia. There are no geographic restrictions.
The multidisciplinary staff provides psychosocial assessment, individual and group therapy, physical and recreational therapy, social services and necessary medical care. The average length of stay is 4 to 7 days.

Most patients are admitted through the ER Department or referred by Healthy Homes.
Fees
There are fixed fees. Medi-Cal and private insurance are accepted; people without insurance are accepted.
