The agency provides child care information and referral to residents of Los Angeles County, including CalWORKs recipients, regardless of income for services located in Metro Los Angeles. The service includes child care provider referrals to assist people in selecting appropriate licensed child care programs in their service area. Services are restricted to residents of zip codes 90004, 90005, 90006, 90010, 90012, 90013, 90014, 90017, 90019, 90020, 90021, 90026, 90027, 90028, 90029, 90036, 90038, 90039, 90041, 90042, 90046, 90048, 90057, 90065, 90068, 90069, 90071, 90210, 90211 and 90212.

Staff provide consumer education and support to families and guardians in selecting the most appropriate licensed child care provider for their children. Child care may be available during this time; call to inquire.
