The program provides housing services for people in in Los Angeles County. Services include housing search assistance and low income/subsidized private rental housing for low-income and homeless people with HIV/AIDS. There are no geographic restrictions.
The program provides clients with affordable housing including transitional residential sites and apartment units designated for permanent housing around the community. Several of the transitional sites are for the chronically ill, with units specifically designed for disabled individuals with HIV/AIDS. There are no geographic restrictions.

By appointment only. Call to apply; there may be a waiting list for housing. Applications can be downloaded from the agency's website. You will be placed on a waiting list.
Fees
Tenants generally pay 30% of their income for housing.
