Application Procedure
Call to make an appointment. Intake is done at the Figueroa Center location only. Documentation includes ID, children's birth certificate, proof of income and proof of residence, such as a utility bill.
Multiple agencies may provide Early Head Start or Head Start services within a given zip code. In such cases, the agencies will only serve a part of the zip code. Individuals must call all the agencies providing services within a zip code to determine which agency serves their exact address.
