Disability Related Transportation

The agency provides transportation services for older adults, age 65 and older, and disabled people of all ages, in the City of Calabasas. Services include disability related transportation, and senior ride programs. There are geographic restrictions.

Dial-a-Ride services are restricted to the City of Calabasas and to 10 locations in adjacent communities. These locations are Fallbrook Center in West Hills, Topanga Plaza, The Village in Woodland Hills, Kaiser Permanente in Woodland Hills, Columbia West Hills Medical Center, Tarzana Regional Medical Center, Van Nuys Fly-Away LAX Bus Terminal, St. Mel's Catholic Church/Adult Club, West Valley Jewish Community Center and Woodland Hills Community Church/Primetimers Club.

There is a limit of 3 round-trips per week and limit of 1 round-trip per day.
