Trust Administration (Developmental Disabilities)

The program provides services for people with developmental disabilities in Los Angeles County. Services include public benefits assistance, private guardianship/conservatorship programs and trust administration for people with developmental disabilities. There are no geographic restrictions.
The program provides a range of services which include advocacy, conservatorship and trust management for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. The agency will serve as a conservator only when there is no less restrictive means of assuring the well being of the individual. There is an assessment to determine if someone needs conservatorship. The program also offers one time assistance or representation to assist in securing public benefits.
