Parenting Skills Classes
Provider: EISNER HEALTH
The agency provides health education for fathers with children of any age in Los Angeles county. Services include parenting skills classes for fathers, stepfathers, relative caregivers and foster parents. Participants do not need to be Eisner Health patients. There are no geographic restrictions.
This is a 12-week online course that provides fathers a chance to meet other fathers, learn how to communicate with their children, discuss appropriate activities, and learn about community resources that are available. Sessions are offered in English and Spanish, and begin every three months.
Participants must commit to attend all classes. This is not for court-ordered individuals; however, all participants will receive a certificate of completion.
