Senior Ride Programs
Provider: CITY OF GLENDALE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT - GLENDALE DIAL-A-RIDE
The program provides transportation to seniors age 65 and older, and people of any age who have disabilities. Services include disability related transportation and senior ride programs. Services are restricted to residents of Glendale, La Canada-Flintridge, La Crescenta and Montrose.
Trips are shared-ride and the services is curb to curb. Trips may be scheduled for any purpose, including medical appointments, shopping and personal business. Subscription service is available.

Application Procedure
Call or visit the website to apply; pre-registration is required. Individuals who wish to qualify on the basis of a disability must provide certification of disability.
Trips may be scheduled up to two weeks in advance; return trips must be scheduled at the time of the outbound trip. Same day trips are provided on a space available basis.

Fees
There is a $1.50 cash fare for each one-way trip; individuals traveling to a City Nutritional Meal site may ride for free. A personal care attendant (PCA) may ride with participant at no charge.
