The agency provides advocacy services for individuals in Los Angeles County. Services include health insurance information/counseling, Medicare information/counseling, job banks, public awareness/education, and welfare rights assistance. There are no geographic restrictions.

The program provides advocacy for health services, mental health services, education and employment; and for government benefits such as My Health LA, CalFresh, GR and Medi-Cal to individuals who have experienced problems do to cultural and linguistic barriers. the agency is a Certified Enrollment Entity for Covered CA, Certified Enrollment Counselors are available on site to provide enrollment assistance in English, Korean, Bengali and Spanish.

It provides public awareness/education to help the community deal with consumer issues, disability awareness issues, and hate crime reporting. The program also provides employment referrals and therapist referrals for mental health counseling.
