Case/Care Management

The program offers a variety of services for homeless and low income adults 60 years and older who live in the Skid Row area of Los Angeles. Services include case management and transportation assistance. Services are restricted to the East Central Los Angeles area, zip Codes 90013 and 90021, known as Skid Row. Case management services link clients with the social services they need and may include assistance with SSI or veteran benefits, advocacy, referrals to low cost housing, counseling, forms assistance, and help in obtaining in-home social services. If needed, staff will also provide escorts to service providers. The agency also provides field trips to museums, plays, and gardens.
