Disability Related Transportation
Provider: CITY OF BURBANK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT - BURBANK BUS SENIOR AND DISABLED TRANSIT
The program provides curb-to-curb transportation services for seniors age 60 and older and for people of any age who have disabilities and live in the city of Burbank. Services include disability related transportation, senior ride programs. Age and geographic restrictions apply.
BurbankBus Senior and Disabled (BBS&D) Transit provides transportation within Burbank city limits; however, two days each week, people may go to limited areas of Glendale or North Hollywood for medical appointments. Services are provided by paratransit buses which are wheelchair lift-equipped.
The agency sells MTA TAP Pass 30-day refills for seniors and people who have disabilities from the 25th of each month to the 10th of the next month.
