The agency provides mental health services to adults ages 26 to 59 in SPA 7 of Los Angeles County. Services include case/care management, mental health evaluation and psychiatric medication monitoring. Age and geographic restrictions apply.
The program is geared for adults who have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness, have a dual diagnosis, are transitioning from an institutional setting or have not been successful with traditional mental health programs. Services include intensive case management and wraparound services, housing support, medication support and health education. Linkage to vocational, educational and financial services are also provided.
