Homeowners in need home remediation/repairs or a complete home rebuild, or that are interested in learning more about adding an ADU to their property, must first complete the Home Damage and Assessment Form. Eligible applicants must meet standard income limits defined as “moderate” by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
