Services include commercial and residential graffiti removal, debris removal, permits, city maintenance, election information, city information lines, business licensing and planning and zoning. Application Procedure
Call or walk in for information or service. An application must be completed to participate in the Walnut Way dial-a-ride program. Individuals must show proof of residency and a photo ID.

Fees
There are no fees for most services. The fee for a business license is $45, plus $5 for each of the first four employees, $4 for each of the next four employees, $3 for each of the next four employees etc. Other fees may apply according to business type; fees are not pro-rated. There are fixed fees for various permits.
