In Person Crisis Intervention
The clinic provides bilingual, bi cultural professional mental health services for people of all ages in Los Angeles County. The services include psychiatric evaluation; crisis intervention; individual, family and group psychotherapy; medication therapy; wellness and recovery oriented services; consultation for schools, community agencies and other mental health professionals; community education about the prevention and treatment of mental health issues specialized information and referral and veteran reintegration counseling.
The center also provides mental health services for youth, ages 5 to 25. The program receives referrals from DCFS, Probation Department, schools, AB3632 programs, Healthy Families. The youth program provides case management, counseling, independent living skills, and referrals to other needed services to facilitate their transition to adulthood. The department also provides consultation with school staff, attends Individual Educational Plan meetings, and offers parenting support group services.
The Veterans And Loved Ones Recovery (VALOR) program provides veteran reintegration counseling and support for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Military Sexual Trauma (MST) and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) for veterans and their immediate families and dependents.
