Adult Day Health Programs

The program provides adult day care services for adults 18 years and older with disabilities and for older adults in the South Bay area of Los Angeles. Services include adult day health programs. Geographic restrictions apply.
The program is an all inclusive day health care program. Services provided include occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, maintenance therapy and psychological therapy, nursing services, as well as nutritional counseling, lunch and snacks, group exercise, educational activities and other general program assistance. Transportation is provided to people who are in the service area and are part of the program; additional transportation may be available outside the service area.
