Adult Diversion
Provider: MOTIVATIONAL SYSTEMS
The agency provides remote, virtual substance abuse services via zoom to people who live in Los Angeles County. Services include adult diversion services, drug/alcohol testing, and substance use disorder counseling. There are no geographic restrictions.
The agency accepts clients who are court, probation, parole and DCFS referred. In limited circumstances, the agency may accept others on a case by case basis.
The adult diversion service is a Penal Code 1000 (PC-1000) certified deferred entry of judgement program.
Drug/alcohol testing is completed onsite and is for participants of the substance abuse program and DCFS requests.
Substance use disorder counseling is provided for adolescents and adults.

Enrollment is $45 and the fee for each session ranges on an income based sliding scale from $10 to $35 for all programs. Call for information about drug/alcohol testing fee.
