Specialized Information and Referral

The agency provides services for veterans in Los Angeles County and throughout the United States. Services include helplines/warmlines, specialized information and referral, sexual assault counseling for female veterans, telephone crisis intervention, and veteran benefits assistance. There are no geographic restrictions.

Telephone helpline services assist veterans in locating medical treatment, substance abuse or post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) counseling, veteran benefits advocacy, food, shelter, employment training, legal aid, or suicide intervention. The agency also assists with finding VA facilities and Vet Centers in the veteran's local area. Job listings by state are available on the agency's website.

Military Sexual Trauma (MST) counseling and other specialized female veteran services are provided on site, serving the Los Angeles area.
