Specialized Information and Referral (Kinship Caregivers)

The organization provides family support services for families in the Los Angeles area. Services include kinship navigator programs, kinship care support groups, kinship care subsidy programs; and parenting education for kinship caregivers. Services are restricted to the cities of Boyle Heights, Downtown Los Angeles, Echo Park, Hancock Park, Hollywood, Koreatown, La Canada, Los Feliz, Montecito Heights, Silverlake, West Los Angeles and the Wilshire area.

Support is available to relative caregiver families, with the goal of enhancing and promoting permanency, safety and reduced reliance on foster care as a placement option. Services may include benefits advocacy, support groups and training, legal assistance, and community linkages.
