The organization provides youth development services for youth ages 6 to 18, who live in Los Angeles County. Services include boys/girls clubs, residential camps and youth development. There are no geographic restrictions.

The afterschool club programs include enhancement of social skills, homework assistance, create personal development experiences, academic enrichment, and camping programs.

Youth groups meet regularly in daily after-school programs provided on school grounds or local centers. Children age 6 to 18 may participate in the After-School Clubs which focus on a variety of interest including dance, drawing and painting, computers, journalism, personal development, and fitness training.
