Tuberculosis Clinics

The center provides public health services which include the treatment and control of communicable diseases to assist in disease prevention for people of all ages in the San Gabriel Valley area. Services include childhood immunizations, health education, health screening/diagnosis, immunizations, public clinics, tuberculosis screening and tuberculosis clinics. There are no geographic restrictions.

Public health centers do not provide general medical care.

A nurse only clinic provides immunizations including childhood immunizations, and Covid-19 vaccines, flu vaccines and Monkeypox vaccines for adults and children. Monkeypox testing and treatment is also available.

Application Procedure

Call or walk in to apply. The nurse only clinic accepts a limited number of walk-ins per day. 

Fees

Fees vary; Medi-Cal and Medicare are accepted. There is a $15 vaccine administration fee per patient for each visit to the Nurse Only Clinic and $30 for families of two or more; there are no fees for Medi-Cal patients.
