The organization provides a variety of services for member non-profit agencies which enable them to use the collective strength of the organization to enjoy the financial benefits and savings that are available to large businesses, government and other trade associations. Services include insurance and employee benefit programs that are tailored to the needs of non-profits; a cooperative buying program; land lobbying activities; and a members' only website.
The organization also sponsors conferences, seminars and workshops which address methods of acquiring new resources and managing current jobs more effectively; and publishes newsletters and bulletins to keep members in touch with relevant events and issues. Membership is also available to companies or individuals working with the nonprofit sector.
