The agency provides disaster services to individuals in Los Angeles County and throughout the world. Services include administrative entities, donor services, and foreign disaster relief. There are no geographic restrictions.

The agency provides relief to poverty-stricken countries. Services include donor services, emergency food and water supplies, medical supplies and technical assistance.

The agency channels contributed funds to international relief programs. The agency also works with low-income communities to enable and empower individual citizens and neighborhood groups to help themselves.
