The office provides substance use disorder services for people of all ages in Los Angeles. Services include alcohol use disorder education/prevention, alcohol use disorder support groups, alcohol use related hotlines, families/friends of individuals with an alcohol use disorder support groups, printed materials and specialized information and referral. There are no geographic restrictions.
The office provides support services for local Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) meetings; AA literature; it can also provide speakers to community groups about AA and alcoholism.

Hotline hours are Monday through Sunday, 24 hours per day. The office is staffed Monday through Thursday, 10:00am to 7:00pm; Friday, 10:00am to 6:00pm; Saturday, 9:00am to 2:00pm.
