State/Local Health Insurance Information/Counseling
Provider: TARZANA TREATMENT CENTERS INC - RESEDA
The agency is contracted to provide health insurance information for families who have children, age zero to five, who are without health insurance and are not covered by any other social or private insurance programs. Services include state/local health insurance information/counseling. The insurance program is provided by the Children's Health Initiative of Greater Los Angeles, and LA Care Health Plan; (see the separate entries for details). The agency conducts workshops for interested parents and help to complete the applications, which are forwarded to the insurers. The agency serves SPAs 1 and 2 (Antelope Valley and the Glendale/Burbank/San Fernando Valley areas).
